Lea has spent her career building disruptive technologies with executive roles at OraMetrix, acquired by Dentsply (NYSE:XRAY), AutoTester, acquired by Compuware (now BMC Compuware), and marketing and international sales roles at XTRA On-Line, Micrografx and GeoWorks.
She earned a B.A. in Political Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Texas El Paso and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. Lea serves as a mentor at Health Wildcatters, frequently speaks at start-up technology and healthcare forums, and is a guest lecturer at SMU’s Cox School of Business, University of Texas Dallas, Texas A&M Commerce and Dallas public schools.

In 2002 he started Lingualcare, Inc., an orthodontic technology and services company, that he sold to 3M Company in November 2007. He is also the founder of OraMetrix, a dental technology company based in Dallas, Texas (acquired by Dentsply Sirona), and three companies based in Berlin: Natural Dental Implants AG (REPLICATE), 2C Dental AG, and XBranch Technologies.
Ruedger invented the first full-mouth intra-oral scanner in 1998, earning him the prestigious Innovationspreis from the German States of Berlin and Brandenburg. He holds a master’s in mechanical engineering and is a Toolmaker under the German guild system.

Michael brings a strong track record of transforming engineering-heavy organizations into execution-oriented, scalable enterprises. He has driven cost reductions through lean six sigma practices, strategic sourcing, and ERP implementations, and has overseen regulatory submissions including IDE and PMA filings. Michael’s leadership has been instrumental in multiple successful exits, including acquisitions by BTG plc, Sonova Holding AG, and Foundation Consumer Healthcare. His background also includes quality systems leadership at Albany International, operations roles at Polaroid Corporation, and service in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine program.
Michael holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, an MBA from the University of Rhode Island, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. With a career defined by operational excellence, systems thinking, and team empowerment, he continues to advise and build innovative companies at the intersection of medical technology and advanced manufacturing

Dr. Hom has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the field through academic appointments and professional service. He has taught at the University of Southern California and Roseman University, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of orthodontists. His peer leadership includes service on the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society’s Peer Review Committee and editorial contributions to the PCSO Bulletin. Throughout his career, he has remained engaged with emerging orthodontic modalities, gaining clinical expertise in technologies such as Invisalign, SureSmile, Incognito, InBrace, and the Brava+ System.
Dr. Hom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, a DDS and BS from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Southern California. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists and the California Dental Association. His career reflects a passion for clinical excellence, continuous learning, and the transformative potential of orthodontic innovation

Outside of work, Kathy has a passion for gardening and loves taking adventurous travels with her husband, Jeremy.

Throughout his career, Michael has been at the forefront of bringing innovative treatments to market. At Revance, he led the launch of their flagship neuromodulator, Daxxify™, driving early adoption and establishing a strong commercial footprint. Most recently, he served as a key executive at InBrace, where he spent four years building the company’s U.S. commercial business and spearheading its international expansion into Canada.
With a proven ability to translate vision into execution, Michael brings a track record of developing high-performance sales teams, driving provider adoption, and building lasting partnerships. His deep expertise in aesthetics and orthodontics uniquely positions him to lead Brava’s commercial growth strategy as the company enters its next stage of expansion.

She began her career in Merrill Lynch’s investment banking program in New York, where she executed municipal finance, M&A, and LBO transactions. By 24, she became one of Accenture’s youngest Managers. After earning her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, she joined Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group, shifting from advising companies to investing in them. After years of selling, advising, and investing in businesses, she discovered her true passion: directly shaping a company’s future as an operator, by founding her own tech startup or joining an early-stage team as an executive.
Jeanette’s perspectives on business strategy and innovation have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, TechCrunch and MIT Technology Review. She holds an MPA from Harvard University, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a BA in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.

Over the past ten years, Jeff has focused exclusively on developing and marketing patient-specific aesthetic treatment solutions including the Harmony™ System, InBrace® and Brava® by BRIUS. Prior to this Jeff was instrumental in launching an orthodontic products division at one of the world’s largest manufacturers of tooth whitening products where he developed innovative products such as Gishy Goo®, Opal Seal®, and Tres White Ortho®. Jeff also brings international experience to the management team, developing sales and marketing solutions in North America, Asia and Australia for American Orthodontics.
Jeff graduated cum laude with a BA in Political Science from Weber State University followed by an MBA from the University of Utah.

Matt joined Brius in 2019 at the early stage of the company. His tenure has been defined by a remarkable ability to translate visionary concepts into tangible outcomes, reflected in the successful design and implementation of cutting-edge Class I medical devices. With a foundation rooted in product management skills and extensive engineering expertise, Matt's multidisciplinary prowess equips him with a profound understanding of both technical intricacies and operational dynamics. This enables adept management of software developers and R&D engineers.
Matt earned an MS degree in computer science from Southern Illinois University and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Azad University, Iran.
